The Children's Internet Protection Act (CIPA) was enacted by Congress in 2000 to address concerns about children's access to obscene or harmful content over the Internet.
This Act prohibits any site that is aimed at children, 13 and under, from collecting ANY personal information on Children.
Yet many kids, 10 and under, have Facebook accounts.
With all of the data breaches that happen, you need to know for yourself if you have been effected.
